If Cats win today or Wednesday at Hall, I like our chances to get Creighton next weekend at home. Go 2-1 in those three against tourney level opponents and I think we are on the right side of the bubble.

Not often you see a game this late with possibly the last team in the field and the 1st team on the bubble. And it's close to a must win for both teams.

Tyler Kolek (oblique) and Oso Ighodaro (illness) are both OUT for today's game against Creighton

Impressed with Marquette despite being short handed.

Glad that the Jays won for the seniors especially. Not having Kolek or Oso wasn’t great for Marquette, but the alternative lineup presented some challenges for CU also. Ashworth isn’t very athletic and in some ways, Kolek is a better matchup. Similarly, Gold living on the perimeter took Kalk away from the rim most of the day.

Certainly possible that we see a rubber match in NYC now that our teams are locked in as 2/3 or 3/2 seeds.

Would be interesting to see the results yesterday if the Jays were to have been without Kalkbrenner and Alexander?
